A captured enquiry is first assessed for feasibility, then costed — and Fast CRM costs it properly, by building an estimation structure against a BOM/BOR, the same engine the factory uses. So the price you quote is derived from real material and process cost, with a techno-commercial review before it goes out.

The quotation carries your configurable commercial terms, supports revisions with full version history, and is gated by an approval step before release. A quotation comparison view lines up revisions or competing options side by side — and the quote references its source enquiry, so the whole chain is reconstructable.
